Aaingel Nathan

A London native, Nathan's background started in Documentary Production, producing self-shot short documentaries such as TransBritian & LGBTQ+ Youth. After a period of podcasting obsession, Nathan decided it was time to make her own projects, often focusing on mental health awareness, LGBTQ+ issues and creating awareness to neurodiversity such as dyslexia, through the standalone project 'Word Blindness'. Nathans work can be described as interview-style production, with an emphasis on focusing on peoples stories allowing listners to explore unique experiences. These Four Walls is a podcast like no other created by Nathan, with a focus on creating an audio environment to illustrate the hardships and success of the stories instead of relying on the person who is being interviewed. Nathan also features in the series through episode one 'Something Missing'. Nathans experience of the first lockdown was unique, to say the least, in a three week period at the start of the first lockdown in 2020 Nathan lost a close relative, the job she loved and became 21 all whilst having therapy to heal the wounds left by a past relationship. 'Something missing' focuses on loss and grief as it was the first person Nathan was Close to that had passed away Nathan was not equipped for it to say the least, not that you ever are which she can now say with certainty after losing two relatives and one friend in the last year.
